Sofa So Good Vancouver is celebrating our 9th year offering custom sofa's and home furnishings. In the last 9 years, we've been asked many questions from many different customers. Q: How long does it take to get a custom made sofa.
A: Typically a custom made sofa takes between 6-8 weeks.
Q: I have nothing to sit on.
A: If you want to custom order a sofa and have nothing to use, we do offer a loaner sofa which the customer is welcomed to use while they wait for their order. The only charge to use a loaner is the delivery charge to and from the customers home.
Q: When I check the measurements you give me, I don't know how it will fit through the doorway.
A: The movers always or for the most part will try to move a sofa through the door on it's back which is typically the narrowest part of a sofa. Most of our sofa's the back is no higher then 29-30 inches.
Q: What if I do not like what I ordered:
A: No problem, we offer a reselection policy, if you do not like what you ordered, you can reselect your custom order. (see store for details)
Q: Is delivery included.
A: No, delivery is extra. we use an outside delivery service, the customer pays them at the time of delivery.
Q: How long is sale on for.
A: Our sales run Sunday to Sunday.
Q: What our your store hours.
A: Our store hours are posted on our website.
Q: Are your floor models for sale.
A: Yes, a great percentage of our floor models are for sale.
Q: Can we borrow fabric samples.
A: Yes, we have loaner samples that can borrowed overnight only.
Q: Is your fabric for sale by the yard or metre.
A: Yes, we do sell all of our fabrics by the yard.
Q: How long has Sofa So Good been in Business.
A: Sofa So Good has been in business for 9 years. The owners have been in the furniture business for well over 25 years.
Q: Where is your furniture made.
A: All of our furniture is made in B.C.
Q: Why doesn't your web site show prices.
A: Our product assortment and prices change quite often, it easier for us not to show prices so we do not disappoint anyone.
