I think what I found, to my surprise, is that they sell more then sofas. I don't mean

other goods that you might  see in their store, they sell a solution and they want you to be happy with the end result.

And if that solution requires them to come to your house as in our case, whatever, it's more than just selling something

off  the floor. They truly get involved with you as a person. It was incredible. It"s indicative to me that they were interested in a sale that would make us happy.
