We are happy to offer the following warranties on most of our upholstered pieces.

Frame: Lifetime, covering defective materials or workmanship
Spring: 5 years, covering defective materials or workmanship
Cushion: 2 years, covering defective materials or workmanship
Fabric: 1 year, covering defective materials or workmanship

More extensive warranties may apply to premium products from higher end suppliers.

The Reselection Process
We are proud to offer our customers a truly unique reselection process in our quest for complete customer satisfaction. If after delivery you are not completely happy with your decision on your custom designed sofa, regarding: style, size, or fabric, you may exchange your special order. Ask for details at time of purchase.
